As a Clinical Team Leader you will be will be supervising the Band 5, 3 And Band 2. You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care; and ensure that all the associated records well maintained. You will work closely with a highly specialised Multi-professional team in looking after Male Service Users in a Medium Secure Facility within a Forensic setting. You will participate in a dynamic care assessment pathway for individual service users by delivering a person-centred approach care to promote their well-being. This is achieved by having assessment wards, a medium dependency, a high dependency and three rehabilitation wards, all within this secure environment. You will have the opportunity to share your experience by working across the varieties of wards. You will have the opportunity to develop all the essential skills required to further your career. You will also assist in leading and monitoring the performance and work of the nursing staff; supervising the work of the student nurses. You will take on duties of Unit Coordinator within the Men’s Medium Secure facility.

**Responsibilities**:
