**What does a Post Producer do at Hogarth?**
- Work as the in house agency post producer within Sea Containers
- Help build client business in joint relationship with the account and project management team
- Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget
- These jobs will be anything on moving image, be it pitch, mood, sizzle, corporate films and all other internal content that covers anything to do with Editing, AFX, Audio and CGI
- Arrange briefings with Account Team, Project Managers, TV agency, Producers and agree a quote, assign lead operators, book suite time, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progress
- Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place
- Define problems, recommend solutions with help from the team
- Check that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget
- Track and identify new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings from a production perspective
- Deepen client relationships
- Encourage and explore new avenues of potential work
- Provide regular updates on costs to Agency contact, reconcile projects, get PO from client and raise PO's for suppliers and pass to Senior Producer

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Head of Post Production at Sea Containers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a Post Production department for advertising
- Knowledge of Final Cut / Nuke / CGI / After Effects / Flame workflows
- Estimate and budgeting skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- The ability to work under pressure
