Care Coordinator

**We are looking for a care **coordinator** **to join our managerial team. Managing your own Staff Team, responsible for arranging staff work schedules, ensuring all clients receive high standard of care, liaising with other professionals, clients and their families. Responsibilities include care planning and supervision of staff members. Individuals need to possess the following attributes**:
An excellent telephone manner
- Have excellent written and spoken English to be able to liaise with our staff, customers and their families.
- Possess experience in administration and planning
- The ability to work under pressure and cope with change
- Can work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good organisational skills, an individual who can manage multiple tasks
**The Role will involve**
- Supporting our care staff
- Liaise with social services and other multi agencies
- Rostering care visits, keeping up with changes and communicating changes
- Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with all queries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Be able to problem solve and use initiative
- On
- Call Out of Hours Manager (part of the out of hours rota)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 22 per week
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All Staff are required to wear Face Mask and all other necessary PPEs as per DoH guidelines. PPEs will be given to staff as well as hand sanitizers.

Licence/Certification:
- NVQ 3 (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
