**Food and Beverage Supervisor**

**Location - Canterbury, Kent**

**Salary - £21,630 to £23,144 Depending on Experience**

We have an amazing opportunity in Canterbury for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be required to work full time hours working 5 days out of 7 including weekends, overtime is also available.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversight of the till/app operation, ensuring that all operations are completed successfully
- Oversee daily ordering of stock from suppliers, inputting data accurately and as required on the stock management system
- Responsible for all security requirements for the hospitality area
- Adherence to all licensing requirements relating to good order, and times of service
- Supervise the safe and correct provision of alcoholic drinks in line with licensing law and University policy
- Supervision of team members and the preparation of daily working rotas in line with the requirements of the business
- Lead in the induction and operational training of team members
- Ensure maintenance of a clean working area, in accordance with the appropriate regulations governing hygiene, health and safety
- Ensure all food and drink stocks are stored at the correct temperature
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Skills and Experience**
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience supervising bar and catering staff in a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexibly
- Health and safety/risk assessment knowledge
- Knowledge and experience of EPOS and stock management systems
- BII Licensee qualification
- Driver (full UK license)
