Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Butchering meat from carcass form.
- Make sausages, burgers, kebabs.
- Serve customers.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Prepare, pack and label items for retail and catering trades.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation.**Skills**:

- Butchery experienced is preferred but a willingness to learn and follow our practices.
- Proficient in food production processes.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
