We are currently recruiting a Restaurant, Food & Beverage Supervisor, part or full time
The role is at an Independent hotel where employees work as part of a small friendly team to deliver excellent service.
Our expectations are high and we aim for our guests to have the best possible experience and this is delivered through our staff and management.
**Responsibilities**
- Setting and maintaining standards for the food & beverage team, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and are offering excellent service.
- Serving food and drinks and offering great hospitality.
- Ensuring smooth running of the team and the food & beverage service offered to guests.
- To provide a visible presence within the hotel to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly.
- Maintaining guest satisfaction at all times and dealing effectively with guest feedback.
We are a hotel near Canterbury, we offer fresh locally sourced food.

Answering the phone
Taking reservations
Taking payments

**Shifts**
Your work will vary from week to week, we will try to ensure your two days off are together
**Additional responsibilities**
You will be given tasks to complete whilst on duty
All staff are responsible for maintaining a high standard of Health and safety
We can offer training to the right person
Holidays are as standard
Salary by negotiation depending on experience
You must be legally entitled to work in the UK
**Skills/Qualifications**:
Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Presentation Skills, Developing Creative Standards, Customer Focus
**Salary**: from £10 an hour depending on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
