**Head of Data, Processes and Systems - Transformation of Industry Finance**

You will optimize and harmonize an integrated finance process to secure sustainable quality, efficiency and performance together with the entire global FIN organization. By implementing innovative technology, you create user-centric solutions to enable our joint transformation journey.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

Successful design and implementation of Transformation of Industry Finance digitalization roadmap in close cooperation with the business partners
- Ownership of Transformation of Industry Finance digital data & system landscape.
- Screening internal and external market for innovation within data science to secure digital process improvements.
- Enable and foster data science and business intelligence to support a reliable planning & closing process.
- Develop the DPS Team in terms of diversity, footprint and skills; foster team & networking approach to ensure a lean and agile approach.
- Act as role-model for the digital finance transformation

**What You Bring**

As you are dealing with various data sources, a profound knowledge of databases and data modeling.
- The BI development is a crucial part of the digitalization strategy. Therefore, professional knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau and Snowflake.
- You are an expert in financial accounting systems like SAP R/3 and ESPRIT
- Knowledge of the financial value flow within Siemens Energy is a plus
- Experience within finance area in different responsibilities in an international environment is a plus
- You come with strong management experience as you have to drive the DPS organization as well as interdisciplinary teams
- You are result oriented, empathic, respectful & tolerant as you will be sender and receiver of various complex information
