**Skilled Arable Operator**

St Nicholas Court Farm has a fantastic opportunity available for a skilled operator, joining our farming team in East Kent. The business is growing a range of crops over 3,500 hectares, focusing on production of energy crops for two AD plants and combinable cereals producing milling wheats.

You’ll be working and operating machinery across all sectors of the operation including, cultivations, planting, spraying and harvesting. All our machinery is well equipped with the latest technology and RKT guidance systems. Key machinery consists of Case Quadtrac’s, Case Optum, Case Puma’s, Agrifac Endrance 36m, Horsch GS8 36m, Vaderstad Rapid, Vaderstad Tempo, New Holland 10.90 and Case 8240 Combine.

The suitable applicant will demonstrate:

- A drive to achieve an excellent quality of work.
- Look after their machinery to a high standard.
- Have good record keeping abilities.
- Be able to adapt and overcome to the challenges faced through the season
- Ability to work as part of a large team - good communication, enthusiasm and flexible.
