Customer Operations Administrator - United Kingdom
We're currently looking for a **Customer Operations Administrator** for our Student Support team on a full-time permanent basis. This position sits within the Customer Operations department, based in our Glasgow office.
The working pattern is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to work one Saturday in four on a rotational basis.
**The job**
Reporting to the Customer Operations Team Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Working according to an assigned schedule. Interacting courteously to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintaining customer records by following established procedures.
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities within the team
**The person**
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service skills and a desire to help and support customers with tailored solutions
- Has excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
- Has a high level of interpersonal skills an ability to communicate (written and verbally) professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Has strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
- Experience with using Microsoft packages including Word, Teams and Excel
