We are looking for a part-time HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests.

Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, holiday and sick leave)
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Manage any queries accordingly

**Experience and skills required**:

- Proven experience as an HR administrative assistant or similar
- Excellent organisational and time-management skill
- Teamwork skills

Hours will be 10am-2pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
