Are you both good with people and enjoy a challenge? Can you remain calm under pressure and still generate a smile or giggle from a guest? An exciting opportunity has opened for a Front of House Supervisor to join a relatively new visitor attraction in Liverpool City Centre. Quirky Quarter, situated by the Chinese Arch in Liverpool City Centre, delivers a great value ‘experience in curiosity’ for families and groups of all ages, from five to 105. It has quickly become one of Liverpool's top-rated things to do.

Our staff here are crucial in ensuring that all visitors get the maximum out of their visit. The role involves greeting customers as they enter the attraction, then assisting them with photos and guidance throughout their visit, as and when needed.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided. You will work closely alongside management, receiving full support as you broaden your experience and skills into e.g. bar service, staff supervision, marketing campaigns and getting involved in social media. All of the team are responsible for the cleaning of all the areas of the attraction, and for reporting any issues with the exhibits and broader building maintenance.

You will be required to work evenings and weekends, therefore must be flexible.

The attraction is really beginning to thrive. Now is the time to build a team that can both grow it and grow with it. There are exciting times ahead. Are you up for the journey?
