We are looking for an office administrator to join our team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support thr work of the directors and other staff members.

**Main Duties**:

- Ensure that effective administrative systems and procedures are in place and being adhered to
- Answer incoming calls, screening and redirecting calls as appropriate and taking messages, passing them on the appropriate person
- Mange the processing of incoming and outgoing post
- Manage the process of issuing ID badges and maintain an accurate database for the ID badges

**Essential skills/knowledge**:

- General administrative experience
- Good telephone manner
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

**Desirable skills**:

- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Customer service experience

**Package**:

- Salary - £14,000 - £20,000
- Hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- Holidays + bank holiday and Christmas Closure + birthday day off

**Additional Information**:

- At the interview stage you will be required to complete an aptitude test
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Six Month Probationary Period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
