We now have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Receptionist & Administrator (working 3 days per week, Monday - Wednesday)
to work at our Trafford site.

**So who are we looking for?**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced flagship site that has undergone a multi-million pound investment with further
significant capital plans in the coming months. Reporting to the Site Administrator you will be responsible for the efficient running
of the reception area. Providing a professional telephone answering service and meeting and greeting a range customers, contractors,
suppliers and auditors to the site. The role will also take responsibility for monitoring, sourcing and purchasing the site’s office,
general production and PPE consumables, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

**Key accountabilities and skills**:

- Co-ordinate and organise the efficient running of the reception area, ensuring deliveries are collected in a timely manner
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering PPE, general production consumables, office stationery and first aid supplies
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and sending out courier packages via TNT
- Updating the daily Health & Safety board, weekly staff whereabouts and telephone list
- Creating, issuing and controlling security passes to contractors and agency staff
- Support with contractor control and new contractor inductions
- Inputting training records onto the internal system (Topaz), filing records and supporting with booking external training
- Booking taxis, hotels, car hire, lunches and train bookings for staff and visitors
- Support with weekly GMP site facilities surveillance to help maintain audit standards
- Provide administration support to the Site Administrator and team and deputising for the Site Administrator in their absence

level or equivalent as a minimum, with strong Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proven experience within a similar position is
advantageous.
You will have excellent communication skills, both orally and written and be proactive, dynamic and possess a keen eye for detail.
