The role includes;
- Answering all business calls from both customers and suppliers
- Communicating with engineers throughout working hours
- Arranging the diary and calendar for engineers
- Use of job preparation software (training will be provided)
- Invoicing and following up with customers
- General administrative tasks including use of spreadsheets and word processing
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
