Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team at Team Jobs - Commercial. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Technical team by ensuring continuous coverage of the Quality Technician role and handling technical project administration accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holiday/sickness cover for Quality Technicians across all shifts.
  • Develop product and process knowledge to contribute to factory specifications.
  • Assist with product launches, meeting deadlines.
  • Track and report KPIs for technical functions.
  • Manage label creation, product data, and documentation.
  • Complete new line forms for customers promptly.
  • Create quality photo standards for inspections and panels.
  • Manage Certificates of Conformance and Analysis, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support allergen risk assessments and manage specific handling requirements.
  • Assist other technical areas as needed to meet targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Administrative and Technical/Quality Assurance experience required.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Food Manufacturing experience and Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing Certificate required.
  • Experience with BRC Food standards is a plus.
