We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager with senior administrative skills to join a successful and busy organisation, ensuring their office runs smoothly and all administration processes are completed in a timely manner. We are looking for a diligentand knowledgeable Senior Administrator/Secretary who is keen to take leadership of tasks and ensure the smooth running of the back-office.
Duties include:

- High volumes of typing
- Creating monthly reports and mailers using mail merge
- Handling incoming telephone calls from customers and third parties, directing them to the correct team
- Making outbound calls to coordinate with suppliers and third parties
- Ordering office supplies
- Office supplier administration including insurance renewals
- Supporting senior management and Directors with administrative tasks
- Ad hoc projects as required
This is an integral role to the office, therefore, you will have a passion for completing tasks quickly and accurately. You will enjoy working in a varied role where you will be supporting management to ensure the office runs smoothly.
