This role will be responsible for coordinating the Trust's annual NHS survey and quarterly People Pulse, analysing data, producing reports, disseminating results and monitoring action plans. The role will measure employee experience through quantitative measures such as, employee surveys and dashboards along with qualitative activities such as focus groups and staff forums.
