**Account Coordinator**

**Location: Warrington**

**Job Role**

Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, your role as Account Coordinator is to provide the area management team with support to achieve the best possible operational performance to meet regional objectives.

**Your main duties include as Account Coordinator**:

- Creating a contract file upon receipt of an order with all relevant information, entering it on the relevant contract register (Excel).
- Creating client in Company systems
- Monitoring and facilitating PPM calls in Company systems.
- Raising sales invoices on financial system and issue to client
- Updating contract registers with completed works from ERP system.
- Liaising between departments to meet the needs of engineers and clients.
- Handling incoming calls and dealing with enquiries from both clients and engineers.
- Raising calls to engineers when additional works are required.
- Assisting the relevant Managers with general admin tasks related to clients.

**Required skills for the Account Coordinator.**

As a service company, we expect excellent customer service skills and a confident phone manner. Strong administration and IT skills are necessary, along with the ability to work well as part of our team.
