Location: Remote, we will consider anyone from across the UK. However, a base in either Hampshire or Cambridgeshire would be advantageous

**Salary**: £15.38 per hour to £17.95 per hour DOE
Hours: Full Time

This position is initially on a 6-month contract basis with the potential to be permanent after this time

**ROLE**
You’ll need to bring your enthusiasm, be an articulate self-starter who brings their own ideas and, being remote, must be able to work independently. Also:

- Have achieved a 2:1 degree or higher in a marketing-related degree (e.g. in business, communications, marketing)
- Have the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business and be able to respond to short deadlines
- Have a passion for marketing, a willingness to learn, and be career driven
- Be flexible in your working hours, incl the potential for both UK and international travel

**EXPERIENCE**
You will be involved in most, if not all, of our marketing activities. However, your primary responsibility will be to manage marketing communications. This includes sourcing stories/articles, copywriting and creating artwork, followed by preparation and deliveryto the appropriate channeli.e. newsletters (internal and external), website, intranet, and social platforms
- Plan and deliver the marketing communications plan
- Monitor, analyse and report on the outcomes of the communications plan
- Improve customer engagement through the use of effective marketing campaigns
- Work with teams and partner organisations across EMEA, LATAM, North America, and APAC to create engaging campaigns to support sales initiatives
- Develop assets to support campaigns such as social, print, and landing pages
- Admin support in budget planning and monitoring
- Deliver the social media strategy, and track, analyse and report on performance
- Seek out and write communications articles/stories to support objectives
- Enhance and improve the website, ensuring content is regularly updated
- Support teams to plan and deliver events

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Knowledge of marketing communications for B2B, ideally within the defence, security, or government sectors
- Familiar with social media for B2B communications on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
- Excellent written/verbal communication with good interpersonal skills; comfortable with engaging with people at all levels from across the company andpartners worldwide
- Resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Good copywriting skills with attention to detail and consistency
- Strong analytical skills
- Interest in technology and/or software
- Ability to modify/update HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Hubspot website CMS (or other CMS platforms such as WordPress)
- Good IT skills, incl MS Office/Sharepoint
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva (desirable)
