rthirteen are collaborating with an established financial advisory firm in the recruitment of a **Financial Administrator**to join them remotely due to business expansion. Day to day, you will provide ongoing administration support to the financial adviser, whilst ensuring strong client service levels and compliance to legislation is maintained.

**The day to day**
- Preparing and filing relevant documentation.
- Inputting data onto back-office systems.
- Managing financial administrative processes.
- Managing multiple inboxes and diaries.
- Ensuring service levels and compliance meets company standards.

**You will have/be**
- Previous experience working within financial services in an IFA firm.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of IT packages.
- Sound organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to manage and initiate workload.

This is a full time or part time (min 3 days), permanent and remote position working 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
