**What You’ll Do**:
As a Healthcare Assistant, your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and impactful tasks. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- **Show Support and Empathy**: Assist service users with daily living activities such as eating, showering, and using the toilet. Be a reassuring presence, providing emotional support and maintaining service users dignity.
- **Vital Signs and Observations**: Take vital signs like blood pressure and temperature. Document any changes in service user’s condition promptly and accurately.
- **Safety and Comfort**: Ensure a clean and safe environment for service users. Help with patient positioning, transfers, and lifting.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Work closely with nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively to provide seamless care.

- Mandatory training
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Previous experience
- An enhanced DBS
