Paterson Health and Social Care are recruiting experienced, dedicated Healthcare Assistants in the Birmingham area, who enjoy working within Nursing Home settings and are seeking a flexible work schedule.
- Minimum 12 months care experience working with an agency or 6 months in a permanent role
- Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- Caring and compassionate approach to all
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and report any changes in residents' behaviour or health conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' interactions and progress
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
- Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities
