We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with keen eye for detail to join our accounts team. Preferable working knowledge of Sage 200 or Sage 50 and exceptional excel skills. Be flexible and able to prioritise workloads with good communication skills. Have the ability to analyse data, spot anomalies and challenge and question transactions.

The successful applicant ideally will have worked in a finance department within the manufacturing industry (This desirable but not essential). You also need to hold a UK clean driving licence.

The Role

This role will provide support to the Financial Director posting purchase invoices, cash book and general duties as required.

**Skills**:
Sage 200 or 50

Exceptional Excel skills

Microsoft package as a whole

Be adaptable to working with bespoke systems and integration with the finance function.

Duties
- Purchase Invoice Posting
- Cashbook Posting
- Credit Control during Credit Controller holidays
- Raising supplier payments & Posting bank transactions
- Reconciling Supplier statements
- Petty Cash analysis
- National Statistics
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Intercompany reconciliations and transactions
- Intercompany invoicing
- Raising supplier payments
