**Location**: Work from home with occasional travel
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 40 per week

**What you'll do and be part of**

You will report to Peter, our Chief Strategy Officer, and provide business analysis for the Strategy Department. You will provide ongoing research into the market and our competition to enable fact-based, strategic and tactical decisions. You will play a proactive role in building our network and obtaining insights into the market. You will manage the Strategy Department's processes and provide administrative support to the department.

- You'll be a strategic professional with an analytical mindset
- You'll have experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO
- You'll have extensive PA/Management Assistant/Business Management experience
- You'll have strong analytical and process improvement skills
- You'll be pragmatic and fact-driven
- You'll be a strong communicator with experience presenting to C-Suite
- You'll be a team-player and collaborative
- You can work autonomously
- You are able to multi-task across multiple priorities
