Audit Administrator

**Advancing People are assisting their well known client in Bedford with the appointment of an experienced Audit Administrator. This role is to join the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Team.**
Duties:
- Support the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager with;
- Maintaining ongoing certification to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, IS0 14001 and Cyber Essentials+
- Maintaining the Document and Record Control processes
- Maintaining the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process
- The management of Customer Complaints
- Supplier approval and management activities
- Process and procedure development and continual improvement activities
- New product introduction activities
- Carrying out Internal Audits in a timely manner
- Maintaining training records and support all training and induction activities
- Assisting and supporting external and third party audits
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation
- UK Responsible Person duties
- Any other activity that may be required by the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager
- ISO Internal auditing experience (desirable)
- 9001 and/or ISO 13485 experience (desirable)
- Experience working in the healthcare/medical industry (desirable)
- Experience in building strong internal working relationships
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good problem-solving/solution-orientated skills/aptitude
- Confident/assertive/personable/Can-do attitude.
- Able to work individually as well as in a team
- Wanting to learn and develop
- Experience in compliance or regulated environment
