**Responsibilities**:

- Arranging and managing Ocean Import shipments from worldwide origins
- Arranging collections with selected transport companies
- Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries, and providing timely updates
- Handling order traces, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices/ agents
- Completion of Customs entries
- Monitoring shipments until delivery
- Job costing and invoicing

**Details**:

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
- Salary: 30k - 35k dependent on experience
