Express Utilities are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a Reinstatement Technical Support Officer to provide effective planning to ensure operatives are aware of their daily works whilst ensuring timely completion and problem-solving/prioritising when required. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Harlow.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and administration skills. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must have previous planning experience and experience with Microsoft Office products ie Word, Excel, Outlook. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

**Responsibilities will include -**
- Be effective in prioritising the daily work and communicating the plan with operatives to ensure timely completion and the avoidance of fines/penalties.
- Request for all the operational pre-requisites to plan the job, including the Checking of permit requests ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with the information communicated.
- Deal with and allocate emergency/maintenance issues.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with external stakeholders throughout the day.
- Liaise with Project Managers for the full planning and enabling of work, as necessary
- Be able to carry out purchasing processes and have a good understanding of procedures.
- Work towards and meeting KPI’s set.
- To confirm that all final reinstatement measurements are sent to NRSWA Team to ensure that they receive the final measures ensuring NRSWA compliance.
- Provide admin support to the Project Manager and Contract Managers.
- Identify the required notice and Street-works requirements
- Provide admin support to the Project Manager and Contract Managers.
- Manage customer assurance regarding complaints in relation to site conditions and defects relating to reinstatement work
- Build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including relevant highway authorities, internal schedulers, and operations.
