**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Contract Manager to join our team at CBRE in Harlow, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise to take on the role of managing local Change Management and Quality Control at the facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded. They will also be responsible for supporting CBRE teams and other stakeholders in the delivery of all services within the scope of the role.

This includes overseeing technical matters relating to the effective Plant and Equipment Maintenance on the site, liaising with Clients to ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures, and undertaking Authorized Engineer/AP duties as required.

In addition, the Technical Contract Manager will implement standardized CBRE programs for maintenance operations, training, drills, reporting, document management, maintenance processes and procedures, and Building Management System (BMS) performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Health & Safety: Responsible for running Health & Safety meetings for the local site and standardizing the local Health & Safety program to align with the corporate program.
  • Equipment Maintenance Planning: Create or validate a Scope of Service (SoS) for each unique equipment type.
  • Asset Lifecycle Enhancement: Create an asset lifecycle program to provide risk-managed and cost-effective options to the client.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage ongoing efforts to modify and create processes and procedures in service delivery, operational readiness, safety, compliance, and administration.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong mechanical and electrical background, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You should also be familiar with industry-standard software and tools, such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Performance Management Systems (EPMS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
