**About the role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, business-critical team in the University's Student Registry Services. As a Timetabling Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering a professional timetabling service, through the effective and efficient delivery of the University timetable for a cognate set of programmes/departments. You will work as part of the University timetabling team to ensure the delivery of an optimum timetable that meets both student and staff needs. To do so you will be responsible for a designated suite of programmes within a department, school or cluster and will spend a significant amount of your time based with them locally.

It will be critical that you build relationships with academic and professional services staff within a given area and develop in depth programme knowledge. You will be responsible for the delivery of programme timetables in line with the University adopted schedule, policy, and operational guidelines.

The timetabling team is responsible for the allocation of all university teaching space, across the academic year there are over 23,000 teaching events and it is expected you would be responsible for around 2,000 events a year.

**About you**:
Ideally, you will also have relevant work experience in higher education and working knowledge of relevant University systems, processes and procedures. Experience in delivering a timetable using timetabling software packages, preferably Syllabus Plus & Enterprise Foundation including ET, Exam Scheduler, Resource booker & Publish would be a significant advantage.
