**About the role**: The Leicester Medical School are looking to appoint a Phase 1 Coordinator to manage and develop the student administration of MB ChB students during Phase 1. You will be managing relationships with partners, stakeholders and associates inside the University to ensure smooth running of all administrative requirements for students on the course. You will also be managing the student experience, including academic administration for relevant timetabling, progression and attendance monitoring.
**About you**: You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or will have significant experience of working in higher education administration with experience of a student focused environment. You will be experienced in working independently and in dealing proactively with unforeseen issues as well as managing records, use of large databases and developing data reports. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a record of influencing and motivating others, the ability to analyse and interpret data and manage practical solutions to administrative and operational problems. Alongside your experience you will have excellent communication and IT skills.
