**The opportunity**:
Due to continuing growth, they are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their Business Development Team as a Sales Coordinator.

You will be an integral member of the team providing administration support in the handover between sales and design and to take the lead in communications with their customers (Globally) once a Purchase Order has been received.

You will also prepare and supply quotes for small orders & spare parts and manage the service calendar for after sales support.

**Role and responsibilities;**
- Prepare quotes for service, spare parts and accessories.
- Ensure quotes are priced with appropriate margins.
- Be responsible for processing all sales orders including entry on to MRP, arranging internal review, sending order acknowledgements and ongoing communication with the customer regarding deliveries.
- Arranging annual maintenance visits with customers.
- Deal with front line initial enquires
- Support for incoming sales enquiries
- Input all relevant customer / project data to CRM tools.
- Computer literate with all Microsoft packages.
- Experience of CRM databases advantageous
- Good level of English and Maths
- Minimum 1 years sales administrative experience.
- Some experience within a manufacturing environment.
