Program Coordinator

Work schedule is currently a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH).

Helm is seeking an ambitious and client driven individual to join our team as our new Program Coordinator This position is an exciting career pathway within a growing company and facilitates communications between Helm’s clientele and internal departments to exceed client expectations. This individual will be responsible for providing support to Sales and Account Management by executing the daily account, program, and project requirements as outlined in the program statement of work. For this role specifically, knowledge of the branded merchandise and automotive industry would be a great plus.

  • Material Distribution
  • Reporting
  • Preparing Client Quotes
  • Customer Service

Requirements

Essential duties and responsibilities of the Program Coordinator:

  • Coordinate the distribution of materials
  • Monitor all order reports
  • Prepare reporting
  • Record order tracking information
  • Monitor and facilitate the receipt of new inventory
  • Support customer service and monitor issue logs
  • Maintain accurate and current knowledge of warehouse/sales procedures
  • Attend project related internal and external meetings
  • Occasional travel as required to oversee projects

Education/Experience for the Program Coordinator position:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or two to four years customer service experience required. Knowledge of modern administrative support practices, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Competencies for the Program Coordinator position:

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email and Web
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task successfully
