**Admin Apprentice Job Purpose**:
Assist in the running of the agency branch including daily contact with staff and clients, sales calls and admin duties.

**Admin Apprentice Job Duties**:

- Managing documentation and uploading to online storage
- Processing paperwork for DBS
- Setting up personnel files and checking regularly that data remains accurate
- Using Pulse Software as required
- Responding to recruitment enquiries
- Coordinating training requirements, including assigning employee training, saving certificates and uploading them accordingly, and updating training systems.
- Social Media advertising and general upkeep
- Sales calls to potential clients
- Communication with staff for booking of shifts, availability, etc
- Refer client requests or complaints to management in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeps office clean and organised to promote an efficient working environment
- Prior Experience in an Office Preferred
- Ability to Implement Procedures in a Fast-Paced and Evolving Environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy, Including Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Attention to Detail
