We offer a range of products in both the UK & International market, such as healthcare lubricants, urology equipment, and infection control items. We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced **Buyer **to take full ownership of the supply chain management for Vyne DAC and Ecommerce. You will be responsible for managing stock levels and building relationships with suppliers ensuring we can fulfil our customer orders.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Being a champion for the services that Optimum Medical and Vyne offer and role model our company values ensuring they are at the forefront of all activities.
- Be a team player and work with the other members of the Vyne Service, Customer care and ecommerce teams to achieve success by ensuring stock is available for customers.
- Ensuring a proactive approach to the supply chain and stock management.
- Daily ordering and stock management for Vyne both for next day delivery to fulfil prescriptions and larger stock hold orders.
- Using NetSuite to support demand planning, forecasting, and building stock to ensure a robust supply chain for Vyne.
- Working with the ecommerce team to understand strategy and forecasts and plan for demand.
- Management of back ordered stock with suppliers and strong communication with the wider Vyne team to manage customer orders and expectations.
- Daily chasing of back ordered items with suppliers.
- Working with the Optimum Medical procurement team on forecasting and demand planning to ensure sufficient Optimum Medical stock levels for Vyne demand.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term productive relationships with all suppliers.
- Cost price and terms negotiations with suppliers.
- Liaising with the finance team to resolve Vyne supplier invoice queries.
- Communicating any changes in demand with relevant stakeholders in the business.
- Support the stock receipt process.
- Error recording and reporting to suppliers.
- Management of supplier performance and KPI’s
- Raising PO’s and vendor returns on NetSuite.
- Creating intercompany transactions for the movement of goods between Optimum Medical and Vyne
- Supporting the Vyne Service and Customer Care teams with ad hoc duties as required
- All administrative tasks required for the supply chain and operational processes.
- Ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Generating reports as required

**The essentials and nice to haves**
- SME stock business experience is desirable.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Trustworthy and committed.
- Driven and tenacious.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- A good team player but also excellent at working independently.

The role comes with a full induction, a positive and supportive work environment that provides ongoing training, along with regular monthly catch ups and annual reviews.

This will be a Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the Bradford office where we have free parking on site and the remainder at home if you wish We offer a salary of circa 26K depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary there is the opportunity to receive a companywide bonus up to £3k in total each year and you will receive 27 days holiday (FTE), plus bank holidays and the option to buy & sell up to 5 days in a year.
