A new role has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales and for someone who can live and breathe our amazing (we are slightly biased) Roomzzz Brand.

**Role Overview**:
Responsible for the ongoing development of the Sales & Hotel sales teams. Strategic partnerships, Brand building, increasing corporate sales and ultimately responsible for all account management and relationships; driving new business revenue streams whilst maximising the current client base.

**Main duties**:

- To represent and promote the brand professionally
- To coach, manage and develop the sales team to maximise their potential
- To identify priorities for the team, monitor activity and results
- To manage & maintain the assigned client portfolio through proactive relationship management, account development plans and annual rate negotiation
- To identify, research and engage with potential new corporate accounts, through direct enquiries, hotel sales leads and market prospecting
- To drive new sales opportunities through local market research, insights, competitor research, sales leads, OTA conversion, group enquiries, guest liaison
- Support all new openings and existing portfolio to build a base of corporate clients with regular support to wider UK hotels as required
- To support presentation of Roomzzz to national and regional business travel agencies
- To support, implement and manage effective key account management strategies
- To achieve budgeted revenue though pro-active sales and key account management
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales report and drive monthly sales meetings
- To promote and recruit companies to the company loyalty scheme
- To support events and promotions regionally and nationally to drive Roomzzz promotion and education for business development
- To contribute to the Roomzzz leadership team and wider group strategic approach

**Skills, Experience & Behaviours**:
Two years experience in a similar role including B2B sales, new business development and new hotel openings would be an advantage. Strong commercial acumen and driven to exceed targets.

Excellent; Sales, Customer Relationship, Presentation, Negotiation and Influencing skills are essential.

A minimum of three years Leadership and Management skills to motivate our dedicated and passionate sales team.

Good knowledge of PMS & CRM systems is preferred, although training will be given.

A forward thinker who demonstrates positive and motivational behaviours.
