**Welsh Speaking Senior Administrator**

**Our client is looking for a bilingual Senior Administrator to provide strong administrative and customer support on their help desk, within the educational careers sector.**

**Essential Skills**:

- Fluent Welsh speaker and able to work through the medium of Welsh and English
- 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification and/or relevant work experience
- Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Office packages, spreadsheets and databases
- Experience of working within anadministrative role
- Experience of delivering presentations/demonstrations to a range of people
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy, with excellent time management skills.
- A highly methodical approach & an ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and on one’s own initiative

**Desirable Skills**:

- UK driving licence and ability and willingness to travel around Wales
- Experience of working in a customer service / help desk role
- Experience of dealing with processes that involve financial/funding claims
- Experience producing standard and ad-hoc reports and preparing statistical data

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a professional enquiry service and help desk facility and any online provision of professional development recording systems, answering queries accordingly
- Assist in proactively marketing the funding arrangements and online provision of professional development recording systems to ensure that practitioners and their establishments fully understand their entitlement and obligations
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to generate summary data and prepare statistics on the Funding Programme for senior management
- Delivering face to face presentations across Wales both in person and via video communication
