**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising classes and ensuring a productive learning environment in accordance with school policies.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students engage with the material effectively.
- Managing classroom behavior and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Providing support to students with their learning activities and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Liaising with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth operation of the school day.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Be fluent in Welsh, with excellent communication skills in both Welsh and English.
- Have previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Be adaptable, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to undergo training as required.
