We’re looking for a talented Senior Brand Marketing Officer to take on a 12 month fixed term contract, who can hit the ground running and help us to deliver excellent marketing campaigns. You’ll use your brand marketing expertise to support teams across the charity to produce outstanding work. You will project manage a series of photo shoots, ensure teams embed our brand and support the development and implementation of our accessibility guidance, among other projects.

We have just embarked on a charity-wide brand refresh programme and you will support elements of this as the project develops. You’ll have strong project management skills, be a positive brand ambassador, and have the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the delivery and development of brand activity including project managing at least two photography shoots and guiding our accessibility project
- Work with the Brand Marketing Manager in providing consultancy to other internal teams, supporting on audience strategies, agreeing the best channels and objectives
- Act as a brand guardian and provide brand consultancy for teams and projects as required
- Drive understanding of the brand across the organisation and deliver brand training sessions
- Support the delivery of wider brand marketing and engagement initiatives

**What you’ll bring**:

- A passion for brand communications and an understanding of what makes successful brand marketing activity
- Solid project and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns/projects
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across both offline and online marketing channels
- Understanding of the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador and help other teams to understand the importance of brand

- As well as flexible working hours, this role is offered on a flexible contract giving you the opportunity to also work from home three days a week. You’ll be required to cover your own travel expenses to the office._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £37,312.00 per year
