Our client, a reputable not-for-profit organisation based in Hertfordshire, is looking for an experienced Marketing professional with a passion for educational development to join their in-house Marketing and Commercial team. The Marketing team provides a wide range of support, from delivery content production to brand awareness and lead generation, both locally and nationally.
The Role – Head of Marketing This role is a mixture of strategy and hands on. You will have 4/5 direct reports, with an overall marketing team of 15.
Develop an annual marketing plan with line managers, managing budgets and ensure on time delivery of projects
Lead and manage the marketing teams; design, digital, content, social, media and PR
Undertake regular analysis and reporting, ensuring a good ROI
Brand Management
Digital Communications
Brand Awareness
Using data analytics to inform the business
Extensive experience in a senior marketing role – managing multi-discipline teams
Able to demonstrate the impact of marketing activities that you have managed
Extensive digital marketing experience including, google analytics, PPC, SEO and Social
Data-driven and results-focused – using insights and trends to adapt the activity
Due to the location of their Hitchin-based head office this role is commutable from most parts of Hertfordshire including, Hitchin, Hertford, Luton, Hatfield, Royston and Bishop’s Stortford.
