Do you want to work in an exciting and challenging environment? If the answer is yes, then we are currently seeking a Utility Survey Assistant based from our Harpenden office to work throughout London and the South East.

In March 2021, after 12 years of external control, we established an Employee Owned Trust (EOT), meaning the business is now 100% owned internally by the employees and directors. **PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our utilities team in Harpenden supporting nationwide projects working with the latest technological advancements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You will assist in data collection of our projects to meet the required Company standards, such as quality and health and safety as directed by industry standards.
- You will assist in the transporting of equipment to and from site.
- You will assist in the setting up of surveying instrumentation on site.
- You will assist in the surveying of below ground infrastructure.
- You will represent the Company in a professional manner, particularly whilst out on site.
- Full training will be provided.
- To undertake all other reasonable tasks as requested.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- UK Driving License.
- Pro-active and effective communicator.

**IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE**:

- Qualification relevant to Surveying and/or Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of Utility Infrastructure.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
