**Administrator**

Focused on our day-to-day operations. You will manage sales and admin functions from quoting & processing a customer enquiry through to overseeing the manufacture of the product. With customers ranging from national brands and global FM companies to independent business and the trade industry each customer will have different requirements but receive the same care and attention to detail from our team.

We are looking for a team player, who is a good all-rounder and is prepared to get involved with the growth and expansion of this business.

**From £10.85 per hour - 9.am
- 2.30pm (25 hours) - hours flexible - Monday to Friday**

Opportunity of overtime & future permanent increase of hours

**The role**:

- Manage and process sales enquires
- Monitor the process from sale through to delivery
- Arrange engineer site visits.
- Manage orders, invoices & deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers and our manufacturing team
- Managing & update the company database.
- Scheduling daily manufacturing, ensuring orders are completed on time
- Reporting & inventory control.

- Able to work as a small team across the business and with external parties
- Have a flair for organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of manufacturing inventory management software, preferred but not essential
- Quick to adapt to our bespoke management system
- Basic knowledge of Xero or other accounting software preferred
- Level of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Detail-orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic towards suggesting ideas for improvement
- Flexible, collaborative & proactive.
- Super personable and confident in building working relationships with our customers and suppliers
- Work to strict deadlines
- Strong work ethic and clear focus on ensuring the customer experience is of upmost importance
- Self-motivated with good judgment and decision-making qualities
- Good business acumen
- Administration experience gained ideally from a manufacturing, engineering or logistics environment preferred but not essential.
