Day to day administrative duties as below:
1. Processing Orders and despatch followed by Invoicing : coordinating, entering, processing and general administration of sales orders on Sage 50 Accounting software.

2. Requesting transport quotes and booking transport online

3. Communicating with the warehouse to ensure orders are processed correctly and ready for despatch

4. Handling customer queries, complaints and returns if there are any.

5. Tracking orders and keeping the sales team informed and the customers informed

6. Keeping the work place neat, tidy and organised at all times.

7. Working closely with the directors to ensure all customer order/sales related matters are dealt with. Working to eliminate administrative burdens for the sales team & assisting the Directors with other various administrative tasks as and when required

8. Helping with Direct dispatch of orders - picking and packing stock to our mail order/web customers.

9. Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
10. Organize and store paperwork, documents - maintaining office filing systems - customers and suppliers.

11 Update stock on various online platforms.

12 Receiving and shelving stock at our location.

13. Occasionally helping with the organizing for external meetings and presentations.

15. Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
16. Part Time Position : MON -Friday 9:00-2:30/3.00 (flex.) with 1/2 hr lunch break.
