**WOW FACTOR**: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a world leading furniture design company to be the face of their London Showroom as the Showroom Receptionist on a part time basis (4 days per week). We are looking for a hardworking,proactive and personable Showroom Receptionist/Administrator to join a luxury and renowned brand based in Barbican.
**JOB ROLE**: Showroom Receptionist/ Logistics Administrator
**JOB TYPE**: Temp
**COMPANY**: Furniture Design

**Start Date**: ASAP

**End Date**: 4-6 Weeks
**HOURS**: 9:00am - 5:00pm
**SALARY**: £13-15 per hour
**LOCATION**: Barbican
**CULTURE**: Very creative and tight knit team, a creative dynamic and super impressive surrounding environment
**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Being the direct face to the Showroom, welcoming and greeting all guests and visitors
- Offering refreshments to visitors and guests
- Answering incoming calls to the Showroom
- Supporting with the day to day running of the showroom
- Ensuring everything is working and replenished
- Supporting with the event preparation for the showroom
- Supporting with the logistics of arranging collections/deliveries
- Administration support for the sales team
- Keeping trackers updated
- Updating spreadsheets and CRM system

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Ideally a background in a showroom environment with a passion for design and creative sector
- Competence with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise a workload
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
