**Pay Rate**: £13 - £15 per hour (assignment rate) dependent on experience and qualifications

**Hours**: Full-time, 08:30 am - 15:30 pm (may vary depending on assignment), Late notice cover may be required.

**Main Duties of the Supply Teaching Assistant**:

- Aid teachers in delivering impactful lessons.
- Offer guidance and encouragement to students during their learning tasks.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring personalised attention.
- Assist with necessary administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements of the Supply Teaching Assistant**:

- Preferred experience working with children or within educational contexts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to adjust to diverse classroom settings and perform effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated patience and compassion in student interactions.
- Readiness to cover assignments at short notice, displaying flexibility.
