Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with the recruiting and onboarding of employees.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Support administrative staff in daily tasks.
- Handle basic office tasks such as typing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain an organized office environment.
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, gain valuable administrative experience, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our team.
There is potential for this role to be extended and will be reviewed every 3 months.

Pay: £12.70 per hour
