**About the role**
Our mission at Vita Mojo is to ‘change the way the world eats through transformational technology’. We are a SaaS enterprise tech operating system at the forefront of the digital transformation of the UK hospitality sector over the last three years, working with brands such as Leon, Nando’s, Gails, YO Sushi and Le Pain Quotidien. We are growing at an exponential pace. Having recently signed clients across Europe, we are now ready to take our mission to the next level.
Partnerships are a strategically important area for our growth and an area that will be growing significantly. When we say partnerships we refer to other tech providers that we integrate with that complement our product. They vary from payment providers to EPOS companies, Inventory Management Solutions to CRM providers.
Your mission as Head of Partnerships at Vita Mojo will be to support the future growth of the Partnerships team as we continue our expansion in the UK and into Europe. This will be achieved by building out the function’s capacity, creating and leveraging new partnerships that accelerate our growth flywheel and complete our ‘whole product’ proposition. This means both generating leads for the sales team to close as well as contributing to shaping our product proposition by working closely with our product team. You will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy in new European markets; assessing, securing and nurturing key partnerships to leverage initial growth and grow our market share.

**The day-to-day**
Working in a startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time depending on your own development needs, aspirations and the makeup of the team.
- **Support ‘go to market’ strategies **Work with the CEO, Commercial Director and VP Marketing to support a go to market strategy for each new country. Identify and nurture key partners that will help Vita Mojo grow market share.
- **Team Leadership **Effectively recruit, manage and lead a team of Partnerships Managers and Execs, nurturing and coaching so that each team member maximises their potential and performance levels. Promoting a culture of learning and excellence through formal training and coaching, self-learning and mentoring.
- **Lead generation **Focus on partnerships that will accelerate our growth flywheel through recommendations and referrals.
- **Partnerships Function **Build out the partnership function framework to support our growth and achieve our growth targets. Generating and managing referrals, triaging partner integration requests, working with the product team to rationalise the integration process and providing transparency to the business in line with quarterly OKRs.
- **Strategic alignment **Sustainable growth is vital to the future success of Vita Mojo. Work closely with the Commercial, Client Success and Product teams to align how we are going to grow and identify partner opportunities within each new market.
**About you**
- You are experienced in B2B SaaS enterprise level scale-ups
- You are well versed in all B2B hospitality tech partnerships and have demonstrable results in building out successful teams.
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in partnerships roles in hospitality SaaS and have worked previously as VP of Partnerships, Head of Partnerships or Partnerships Director.
- You are a confident and successful relationship builder, with a track record of building out a partnership function.
- You will have managed teams larger than five people.
- You have grown partnership teams in the past, both in the UK and across at least two European countries.
- You are able to deal with product complexity and the competitive landscape, and help us navigate our ‘whole product’ solution.
- You are a skilled people manager, and have a toolbox to manage direct reports.
