**What's involved with this role**:
**Temporary Homeless Prevention Caseworker - Housing**
**Reference no: Hillingdon RQ879036**
**Pay Rate: £17.53 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 2-3 months**
**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Good working knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 Parts VI and VII (as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002) and related secondary legislation.
- Good working knowledge of the rights and obligations of landlords and occupants in the public and private sector.
- Knowledge of recent housing issues and government initiatives.
- A commitment to operate in a customer focussed environment
- ICT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
