We are currently recruiting for an on-site Concierge to work in our high-end commercial building in East London (EC3A). This is a great opportunity for delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all visitors, guests, contractors and staff.

You will also be a real people person whilst remaining completely professional, courteous and respectful at all times.

You’ll be the first and primary point of contact for any support needed on site.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day management of the site
- Overall responsibility for all fire and emergency procedures policy and ensure relevant preventative measures are undertaken
- To maintain a safe environment
- To ensure that all site specific Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- To coordinate and oversee regular building inspection, maintenance and repairs, and ensure all facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes
- To ensure all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the planned schedule
- To respond to all inquiries/complaints by leaseholders and users, and resolve any problems or issues prior to escalation
- Responding to any breaches of house rules by the visitors, leases or other agreements in force at the time
- To support and maintain regular communication with the Building Manager and advise them of all relevant issues and emergencies
- Being able to contribute towards plans and budgets

Ideally, you’ll have all or most of the experience we’re asking for:

- Previous experience as a concierge or similar
- Significant experience providing exemplary levels of customer service
- Awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
- Proven ability to and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

**Hours**:Monday to Thursday; 08:00-17:30

**Salary**:£25,389 per annum / £10.95 per hour
