The role covers a portfolio of luxury residential buildings where you will experience and provide a diverse range of guest experiences by working with different teams, clients, customer and technology innovations.

Commitment and reliability are key factors as our business could not function without our Elite team Our Elite Team truly form the backbone of our business and allow us to provide a totally seamless service to our clients and guests. The role would provide a totally diverse array of front of house duties and responsibilities depending on what site you were sent to that particular shift, and so the variety will really keep you on your toes. To succeed in this role, you need to have demonstrable experience of working in a luxury residential environment and used to dealing with high-net-worth individuals.

This is 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 12 hours per day, from 08:00hrs to 20:00hrs, day shifts only

Salary £26,000 pa

**About The Role**

**Responsibilities -**
- Be a Residential Concierge Guest Experience Maker, by ensuring an engaging, quality and memorable experience to all residents and guests of the building. Providing a bespoke service knowing their preferences and needs.
- Providing a full seamless concierge service whether it is answering resident queries, arranging chauffeurs, car service, private jet, theatre tickets or laundry services.
- Ensuring a high-level attention to detail in all aspects of the role job, whether it is resident service or maintaining and managing the building to the required immaculate level.
- Actively and positively engage with colleagues, residents, visitors, clients, and our fellow service providers to ensure a seamless service experience can be created. Also ensuring that a great working relationship is maintained with our client and other departments within the wider estate management team.
- Ensuring that accurate logs are maintained for any visitors, deliveries and are announced and escorted to resident apartments as per the set operating practices.
- Handling all incoming telephone calls / enquiries promptly giving a warm, courteous welcome and using the agreed salutation.
- Conducting regular floor walks of the building and reporting and logging any details as required.
- Ensuring that the detailed daily log is maintained for any incidents, resident requests, and shift handover to the night team.
- Conduct regular inspections of concierge area, common areas and management suites and reporting faults or act where possible to address any issues.
- Work with the parcel team and porter in ensuring coverage of the parcel room 24/7
- Flexibility to work at the various desk of the development based on operational needs, assisting colleagues with break cover
- Any other reasonable tasks asked to be performed by the management according to the changing business needs.
