IDP Connect is looking for a dynamic Head of B2B Marketing, Events, and Insights to join our London team based at the picturesque Putney Bridge. This is your opportunity to drive the external promotion of IDP Connect in the UK, setting the standard for excellence in international and domestic education marketing.

**Your Role: A Blend of Strategy, Insight, and Innovation**

As the Head of B2B Marketing, Events, and Insights, you will:

- Champion the IDP Connect brands positioning us as leaders in the education sector.
- Deliver segmented, impactful content, communications, and events, amplifying our reach and enhancing client and commercial strategies.
- Leverage our rich data resources to craft compelling stories and insights for the education sector.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams, ensuring alignment and maximising impact across our B2C and B2B initiatives.
- Lead UK-focused marketing efforts, including content development, stakeholder engagement, and the orchestration of significant events like the Whatuni Student Choice Awards.

**Strategic Vision and Leadership**
- Shape our UK B2B marketing strategy, advising on sector trends and client needs.
- Set and monitor KPIs, aligning with broader business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver a cohesive stakeholder plan.

**Your Impact: Shaping the Future of Education Marketing**
- Reshape our social media presence, enhancing tone, reach, and engagement.
- Deliver engaging marketing collateral and sales tools to empower our teams.
- Lead our insights strategy, transforming data into actionable intelligence for our stakeholders.
- Spearhead the Whatuni Student Choice Awards, driving engagement and celebrating excellence in education.

**You will bring**:

- Extensive experience in a senior marketing role within the Higher Education sector, ideally within a university
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder relationships to produce effective marketing collateral.
- Demonstrated success in event management, from conception to execution.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse, creative, and high-performing team environment.
